Q: What is your return policy?

A:  Standard mats may be returned for any reason if in new condition. The customer must ship the mats to Miller Mats for a refund. A 20% restocking charge may apply.

Custom Logo mats may NOT be returned. Please make SURE you have the exact design and colors you want before ordering. If you like, we’ll provide fabric swatches before you order.

Q: How long will it be before my mats ship?

A: Most orders ship within 3 - 5 business days. Please allow additional time for custom and logo mat orders.

Q: What if I don’t see the product or size I am looking for on your website?

A: Miller Mats has access to hundreds of products. If you don’t see what you are looking for, feel free to call us at 412-361-3545 or email us at customerservice@millermats.com.

Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?

A: We do offer discounts based on volume. Please contact us for details.

Q: What is the difference between rubber and vinyl backing?

A: Nitrile rubber backing is grease and chemical resistant and is durable despite temperature changes. It wears better than vinyl backing, which can curl and chip in cold weather.

Q: Do your mats meet ADA requirements?

A: Yes. Our mats are manufactured by Mountville Mills and the Andersen Company. They are designed for large commercial buildings and meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. In addition, Mountville and Andersen products are certified by the NFSI (the National Floor Safety Institute) as “High Traction.”

Q: Are the sizes listed exact measurements?

A. No. Almost all sizes listed are approximate and can vary +/- 3%.

Q: Do you accept purchase orders as payment?

 A: Purchase orders are accepted pending an approved credit application.
