Ordering & Shipping Policies
Please contact us if you have a special request. We will make an effort to accommodate you. For orders over $1,000, call us for volume discounts.
Most mats ship within 5 business days. Custom orders may take longer. We ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Large orders may ship by the LTL trucking line with the best rates to your area. If you need an order rushed, we can make arrangements for special shipping at an additional cost.
Please note that orders shipped outside the continental United States will be subject to additional shipping and handling charges. If you are shipping outside the continental U.S., a customer service representative will contact you to complete your order.
Sales tax
All orders are subject to federal, state and local shipping and tax regulations. Purchaser is responsible for any sales tax due. PA residents will be charged PA tax unless you send us a PA tax exempt certificate.
Warranty
Miller Mats selects only the best commercial matting products for our web site. We warrant all products for two years of normal use. We will replace any mat for defects in manufacturing. Please contact us for details
